From June 26th to 29^th representatives of YEEES (Jantje Halberstadt, Ali Akyol and Steve Szewzcuk) attended a workshop offered by HEDIS (Hub for Education on ICT for Sustainability, founded by DAAD) in Oldenburg. ‘We discovered several tasks that the projects can work on together and agreed on sharing knowledge that will be gained within our projects. HEDIS focus on education leads to a stronger connection to the YEEES Training Center. However, YEEES Research Center can be also involved, e.g. delivering research results and integrating students into research practice. The other way round HEDIS offerings, such as lectures and seminars, can be research objects for those YEEES research groups focusing on education´.
